01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ct444 platform and its users. By visiting the ct444 website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. ct444 reserves the right to close an account and seize funds if false information is provided. Documents may be requested from time to time for identity verification.

03 Account Security

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

All payments on ct444 are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are credited to the account immediately or after a brief verification process.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Depositing from a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
ct444 reserves the right to initiate a verification process for any suspicious deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New ct444 members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The ৳5,000 bonus applies on a maximum deposit of ৳12,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10× wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the sum of the deposit and the bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is received.
All promotional offers are subject to time limits and are at ct444's discretion.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

ct444's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided based on active play: up to 0.4% at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Gold level. Staying regularly active makes it possible to advance to a higher tier.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once any bet placed on ct444 is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, ct444 will make a decision at its own discretion.

The decision of the official tournament authority is final in determining the outcome of sports betting markets.
In live betting, any bet placed after the market has closed will be considered void.
Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting system errors is prohibited.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Betting is available on various cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Markets for football, kabaddi, and other sports may also be available. Market availability may change at ct444's discretion.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on ct444. If such a violation is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or entity.
Misusing bonus funds or using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities without reporting them.
Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other users.
Attempting unauthorized access to ct444's systems.
Spreading false, misleading, or offensive information.

ct444 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities upon detecting any fraudulent activity.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by ct444

ct444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account.
Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
The account has been completely inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. If pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure, that bonus will be cancelled. However, any withdrawable balance will be returned through the proper process.
